We make everything to order so we try and minimise returns / exchanges so if you need any guidance with sizing do let us know or check our FAQ on sizing.
We do understand that sometimes an item just isn't right for you. If that is the case and you would like to return or exchange please see below:
- Returns / exchanges are accepted within 14 days
- Any returned garment must be unworn, unwashed & in perfect condition
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- We endeavour to reply to emails within 3 working days

LAB is striving hard to be planet friendly, we manufacture small in house quantities.
So we do not add to the fast fasion problem.
In every order we send ways / instructions to recycle your preloved item into another item of use to you.
We use paper mailing bags where possible and are very conscious of waste out put.
This is something we are constantly trying to improve on.
